It is 10 minutes from Devonport Airport, which has four daily flights to Melbourne, 20 minutes from the city of Devonport and 1 hour from the second largest city in Tasmania, Launceston. Easy access to wilderness areas.
The house is two story brick, Master Builder built with four bedrooms and an office/study. The architraves and skirtings are blackwood. Television and telephone points in most rooms. Quality light fittings - main rooms have dimmer switches.
